María
Adelaida Rodrigo (Adela), was born in Madrid, Spain on 1969, and is
part of the third generation on a family of builders.
“Remembering
when I was little I used to pick up my grandfather’s measuring line,
and take measurements of all the house.
Every time there was a project at home, I used to look for my
grandfather’s contractors hat and slip it on.” |
|
Completed
her education at the San Juan School of Interior Design by May 2000
and was licensed as an Interior Designer and member of CODDI (Colegio
de Diseñadores - Decoradores de Interiores de Puerto Rico) by April
2002. |

Elected to join the Board of
Directors of CODDI as a Committee Director the years 2003 and 2004.
|
|

|
In 2005 participated in the television program
"Designers' Challenge" from HGTV. Her design was elected by the
owners and was featured as episode 1505 called
"Caribbean-Inspired Great Room" presented on
international television May 5th, 2007. |
